5 years ago I was looking for a change of career away from the corporate industry. After attending several recruitment seminars from different agencies, I finally decided on PropNex. The value-adding trainings which I was introduced to, in ‘Powerful Negotiators’ team has swept me off the feet. My paradigm of Real Estate was totally shifted. It got me so excited to share with people; the life changing opportunities that Real Estate presents.

Since the day I joined the industry, there were many cooling measures announced every other months. Eight rounds in total. In times of challenges like these, the sharing culture in ‘Powerful Negotiators’ built trust and cohesiveness among the people. There were positive energy and we grew stronger as a team, despite all the challenges that the market present.

Being in the team which sharing culture and values of ‘love and care’ is paramount, I have grown to be a bigger person from what I can imagine, in short span of 5 years.

Indeed this journey has been a meaningful one for me and my loved ones.
