Theory + Practical Training = 2 Days
(Consisting of 4 trainings (3 hours each),
followed by 6 Weeks of Action together with the Team)

Objective: To equip all participants with factual and time tested action steps, skills, scripts and with the mindset to be competent and proficient in closing commercial deals.

Course Contents:
Ø How to create a system to penetrate into Commercial Office & CBD Rentals
Ø How to understand the technicalities of Industrial
Ø Understanding the concept and technicality of Shop houses
Ø Understanding the Mindset and nature of an Investor

Participants will form into Groups to push one another to do actual ground work in selected GTAs for the next 6 weeks after the training. Each team will be mentored by one of the Group IC. The 6 Weeks of activities will be self-disciplined and Group Initiated approach

EACH GROUP WOULD BE EXPECTED TO GIVE A PRESENTATION IN 7-10 DAYS TIME AFTER THE COURSE
