But honestly I don’t know all the complex laws and regulations… and I’m just too busy running my businesses to find out and learn. So it was so fantastic that I got to know you and got your help to start my property portfolio. Just that first deal alone that you recommended, just a month later after it was done it has increased its value by about $100K. Now its value has increased even more.
