My buyer had finally found a GCB after looking around for a long time. Since this was the first time a buyer had approached me regarding a GCB, I was momentarily at loss about how I should go about handling it. Hence, I decided to look for Kelvin, my dedicated manager who is always ready to help his agents, who readily agreed without any hesitation. I then gave him the seller’s number whereby he helped me with the negotiation. To my pleasant surprise, he took less than 4 days and managed to match both the seller’s and buyer’s price, helping me to close the deal at $25.6M!
