Being a brand new agent who just joined the industry, after attended the SST course conducted by my team. Recently I managed to get 2.5% commission from my sellers after listening to Kevin Feng sharing on how to convince the client to reward me if I managed to reward me if I managed to secure a good deals for them.
Furthermore, using what Kelvin Fong has shared about restructuring my clients portfolio, I used that on my HDB clients and they are convinced to sell their HDB and buy another 2 units of Condo for own stay & investment.
