Yesterday I have managed to close the deal that I speak to you about Singaporean and SPR. They buy into our idea of save as you earn in a new project.

This client actually wanted a bigger quantum but the bigger quantum will cost more absd. I swing them to a lower quantum to starts their very first property. They see the ABSD as a cost that they have to pay regardless how. As they got no way to avoid unless married.
