For example, for one of my investments, he advised me to switch my Marina Bay Residences studio unit to a 2-room unit that faces the bay. He explained that for this project, the 2-room unit with the bay view has a higher and faster capital gain potential compared to the studio unit that faces the sea. Furthermore, the price gap between the studio and the 2-room units were very narrow at that time. I’m so happy I followed his advice. If I had kept the studio unit I would have made a smaller profit.

My husband and I were totally ignorant about property investments when we first ventured into this. We are just normal employees, I was just an accountant and my husband was an engineer. Our incomes were not high and we were working hard to save money to provide the best education for our three children.
