Just finish a fruitful 1 and a half hour discussion with my agent. He called me one day early this year & share with me that he felt “lost” in the business. He is an experienced agent but lost focus somehow. I managed to identify and rectify his issues and I’m so happy to see him so positive now & back in action again!

To me, I believe team building is not only about passive income, its also about training, sharing, leveraging & most important personal achievement. My achievements & the team that I have now, are all the results of a strong platform provided by my team, Powerful Negotiators, my bosses Bobby Sng & Kelvin Fong. And not forgetting my associates, even though they are more experience or older than I am, they are willing to give me a chance to grow with them. I really appreciate.

My personal achievement does not only comes from my sales, its also when they achieve their sales target as well!

The happiest thing that’s gonna happen is that my old friend, best friend & my dear sister will be joining me soon & I really look forward to work with them & assist them to build this awesome career! I did it, I know you can!

A Little Break Through One At A Time!!!

I realised I have a consistent pattern when it comes end dec, Jan and feb which is not closing or difficult in closing deal.

Today I would like to thank Powerful Negotiators @ Propnex for breaking this pattern. Because of all the up-to-date trainings, committed and focused leaders that I am able to achieve this and more…

Is the Market Active? For me tomorrow will be a good day back to back viewing from 10am till 5pm and Hungry for more. The next breakthrough is to close deal consistently every month without fail… & it’s coming.
