Just attended the Batch SST B workshop, I am glad that I have attended this workshop as it has sharpened my skill in PTE property even though I am in the business for more than 10 years. After hearing what Kelvin has shared regards to the methods to get 80% financing and how to close MIN 2 Deals Techniques, I have managed to convince 2 couples to buy 2 properties each using the Funding Techniques that was shared during the class. By doing so, I will be able to close 4 deals instead of the conventional way of working and that result only 2 deals.

After attending the PUP class, I managed to close a few deals after the class, one of them is a Penthouse and sellers are happy to give me 2% commission. And another case was referred by this seller, so I have another PH for SALE! Using the min 2 Deals strategy & Funding Techniques, the sellers also bought another unit from me and they are still buying another soon after I share with them how to get 80% loan even in today’s market.
Good things never end, another seller in the same project called me up and wanted to have a meetup to discuss about how he is going to cash out his current 2 bedder unit and looking into purchasing another few using the 80% loan funding techniques. Another case to share, I managed to get a 3% commission from a HDB referral case with CEA form signed, serving sellers. And this seller is looking into a commercial unit real soon.
Too much to share here :)) I just joined the team and I have benefited a lot from the group.
It is a fantastic team and that has really charged me up to do well in this industry. Special thanks to Kelvin and all the teammates. We work together hands in hands and bond like a big family. Without them, I won’t be able to go that far.

From the SST course, I used the Financial Techniques to convince one of my old clients to restructure and at the same time do a gearing on his current property, by applying the gearing & guarantor techniques, they managed to get another 80% loan for their landed purchase. The buyers were very impressed with my knowledge as no one has shared with them before. Without this workshop given by the group, I will not be able to close the deal.

I came from another agency, and after attending the PUP and SST course, I have learnt a lot from the training and I have started talking to clients differently and advising my clients on how to restructure their existing properties to maximize their rental yields and position themselves for the best possible capital gains by moving into areas with more potential for growth. I have moved on from being a salesman to being a consultant now. In just a few short weeks, I managed to close a couple of deals by applying the financial techniques taught, and the commission summed up to be more than $100K.
I have also used the iPad training provided by Anthony Yeo and I managed to convince many clients to place a cheque for booking of a unit at eCO, a new launch by Far East. Compared to how Far East staff present using an iPad, which is just flipping the ‘Sales Kit Slides’ one by one, I feel like I am much better prepared and after listening to my presentation for just 10 mins, all my clients are convinced and I have little trouble securing cheques for this project although most of them initially thought it was expensive!

I would like to express my gratitude to Kelvin Fong and Bobby Sng for their selfless teaching, you guys made me understand the difference between being an agent and a business owner. Although, it’s a short time span of 5 months, my whole concept about real estate career changed tremendously. I agreed with Jason that these few months are quite stressful but nevertheless, I can’t deny that I have gone through one of the most fruitful period in my real estate career.
The credit of my little achievement goes to all my mentors and teammates, hope we can attain greater heights together!!! Of course, not forgetting my lovely wife and baby Claire, who are my pillar of support 🙂
